Answer:

Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and His ways past finding out! (ROMANS 11:33)

2 CORINTHIANS 5:21, ROMANS 5:8

All things have been created by God to give Him glory. God is perfect and has complete knowledge of things past, present, and future. Everything He does is perfect. So, Stephen, how do I answer your question? Well, because we know God is perfect, we know that the entrance of sin into the world through Adam and Eve must have been a way to bring glory to God. But how could sin bring God glory?

God is holy, hates sin, and the punishment for sin is death. Well, God had the wonderful plan to save sinners from eternal death through Jesus Christ. Jesus took the punishment for the sins of everyone who would believe in Him even though He had never committed a single sin. Jesus’ amazing life, death, and Resurrection shows us how great God’s love is for us. When we realize all that Jesus did so we could be saved, we want to shout for joy and give God all the glory! By creating Adam and Eve, God created beings to whom He could show His attributes—love, mercy, and so on. And think about it—by doing this, He has enabled us to exist and to be able to spend forever with our Creator!
